underdrive kit info please

hi i was wondering what length of belt i needed once the underdrive kit was fitted and if i can fit the kit and do away with the air pump? (it will still be there but no belt round it), i am currently running a decat and have been remapped to run without the decat. i am booked in next year to get bigger injectors fitted and to get remapped once again and when there the air pump will come off completely and have blanking plates fitted. i have a 94 fd

Why did you go with an underdrive kit? I have removed the airpump on mine and have fitted 2 x 700B belts from Halfords onto my twin alt pulley, be careful with the emissions though as I know they are clamping down on emissions on post 91 cars (unless its an import).

its different belts on an fc and an fd is it not, mine is an import
