Tein Damper Adjuster replacement?

Okay guy\'s, I bought some Tein HA shocks for my FD from a guy on here in Germany.. All arrived fine today except that one of the adjusters has been snapped off in transit!
Can these be bought as spares from somewhere? Alternatively I can see that it appears to have an outer body that screws in side the end of the shock absorber shaft.. Am I safe to unscrew this and remove it without anything flying out or leaking out? If I cannot by a part to repair it maybe I can make something to repair what I am left with..

Please can someone help..

Also I could do with some replacement bushes for the front lower joints as these are pretty worn out.. can anyone suggest where I can find these or something that will fit in place.
