Quote from: B.Martin;801822Yeah I\'m with jetpilot here, I wouldn\'t get a subaru due to the chav image. I think I could pull off an Evo iii as they\'re just old school and cool, or a 7-8-9 as I\'m not keen on the 4-5-6 rear end. Sounds gay I know but if I\'m buying a car I want one I like 100% lol!
Driving an Evo3 people will just think your broke chav with no money to afford a good one.:Giggle;) only joking.

You WILL want more power out of the car eventually and this WILL cost you more than what your FC would.

Trind have you accepted my friend request on xbox yet?

Well my FC\'s cost will be around the 7k mark including the car, should be well over 500bhp....on standard internals :) Whats that you say? You need to spend £2k on forged internals to run boost in your inefficient piston engine? Never mind :rollin *spends money on fueling* :D

Have owned an Evo 3 / 6 and 8, very good cars but build quality is not so good.

I would say though that i could probably rebuild a piston engine myself with all the fancy bits easier than a rotary, even though there would be more parts

gsb876

i meant the bodywork is not too tough, when you shut the door there is nothing there, obviously to do with keeping the weight down :-)

Quote from: TRIND-FD;801825So , back on topic.  I\'ve lost faith in the justice system.
The government . The euro zone. ;)

I can hand on heart say i truly hope the Eurozone collapses and we go back to just good old Great Britain without having to throw money into a pot and abide by stupid regulations thought up by a bunch of beurocrats with nothing better to do...........see the fishing quota system if you need convincing of their wonderful ideas! :WaveBye

gsb876

Since we never actually joined the Euro why do we have to do as instructed by Brussels ???? :spank

Ive watched the Atkins rotary rebuild video, I was like....looooong bolts, front iron, front rotor, front housing, centre plate, e-shaft, rear rotor, rear housing.....clean parts, check tolerances, put on new parts, new rubber seals, reverse what you just took apart, tighten down the loooong bolts lol seems the hardest part of the rebuild was the decipher which one of the oil control rings had the \'cream\' colour tab on it :rollin

Although for easy to put together engines nothing realy beats a 2 stroke engine

My dads the man for 2stroke engines, if there is something about them that he doesnt know then its probably not worth knowing.

Rotaries are simple yes, but so many fiddly bits.
