Big thanks to \'Soldave\' for this :god
Looks in top condition. Not opened it up fully yet as you can see, can put more pics up later if people want me too. I\'m slowly filling my downstairs bathroom with bits for the FC :evillaugh

Good man! Dave\'s good at that sort of thing isnt he.
I don\'t need to upgrade my stock turbo to beat your ass!

Get your finger out, get it on the road and start driving it then!!! (B.Martin 25/2/12)

Very, really chuffed with the ease of it all. Even the Cyprus end was fairly hassle free, which makes a change.

TiddlesRX7

Now all you need is a inelt elbow and a 90 degree coupler!

Yeah, do you make use of the stock IC rubber pipes do you know?

Neither will probably fit.

I used a 49mm (I think it was) long 90 silicon pipe for the inlet - trimmed to length, and I had my intercooler rebuilt with a 60mm outlet rather than the stock 56/58 or whatever it is.  You\'ll need something like the Greddy compression tube, and then a 90 degree reducing hose - dimensions will be dependant on what coupler you get - Mr Tiddles will be able to tell you which hose he used for the stock Arc outlet to Greddy tube.

There\'s also some cutting of the stock intercooler bracket required.  - Should be able to get a decent picture from either Mitch\'s project thread or mine - basically you have to cut the back half away.

It\'s not quite plug and play - but definitely worth the agro of fitting as it is way better than the stock unit.

There is one at the top, here are 2 more :)

As always Prof your instructions are helpful and muchly appreciated! When I\'ve brought the compression tube and worked out exactly what piping I need I\'ll take a look at this bracket you mention, how exactly did you cut it off?

grinder

nope .. i think its our firewall stopping them

how many pennies did you pay for it ?

I know that mitch rumoured about selling his - so this could indicate a "thinking" price ;)

Grinder !

Yep - tried using a hacksaw, but it\'s hardwork - just take a grinder to it carefully - helps to mark out the bit you need to get rid of ;)

I\'ll locate pics of what\'s required...

Ah i\'m not sure its safe for me to be under my bonnet with an angle grinder!

As above around €200 give or take :Thumbs-up

I\'m hoping i can get it all fitted with the compression tube and what ever hoses i need for less than €300 - should be possible i think :)

TiddlesRX7

Greddy compression tube £30-£90 depending on where you get it from and if its new or second hand. Silicone coupler £15 ish of Ebay. Can\'t remember the exact size of it off the top of my head. Do you have the rubber grommets for the mounting lugs on the inlet side of it? If not you\'ll have to make some up. When you do fit it your car will run like poo if you try to boost so be warned. Running a chipped ecu may help but it won\'t be ideal as its not tunned for you car. I installed my Apexi almost straight away after doing this mod. I\'ve never looked back!
