Hi everyone,

I\'ve just finished my current project (well its time to stop wasting money on it) So while I wait for the insurance to drop to a amount I\'m willing to pay I want to restore an Rx7 and get some knowledge/experience with the rotary engines.

My plan:
Buy a \'mint\' FD3S shell and restore it to its former glory, with a few subtle tweeks, I plan to lower it to a reasonable sporty stance with a balance of comfort and performance in mind, Respray the whole car in pearl white (the same colour as the new Audi\'s if any are not familiar with the colour and put some nice splits on her...

It will be my car however I have gauged the interest of a few helping friends and family... My mechanic who built his own supra from the floor up will be lending a hand, as will my friend who races in the MR2 championship whom has sprayed all his MR2\'s his self.

I know its going to be costly and it is the hardest way of getting an Rx7... But then again I have got a couple of years to kill before I can insure on reasonably and building it will allow me to learn all the little niggles as they inevitably go wrong somewhere down the line!..
