Well it\'s that time again..... :eek

26yrs old 4 years ncb living in London.

Modifications included: HKS T51r turbo and loads of other gubbings to support a modest 400bhp for starters until i get the engine ported.

I\'ve been phoning around all this morning hunting for quotes and tbh i was quite suprised.

Tried Footman James first off went through it all got put on hold then told i couldn\'t get cover with them due to the modifications on the car.

Tried REIS, really helpful guy on the phone came in at £1311 with a £750 excess :2eek

Sky Insurance, also really helpful but £1356 was there best quote but with only £450 excess.

Since i\'ve been with Adrian Flux since i had my civic i thought it would be worth a call as all my records of my NCB and Alarm/immob is all on system still.

Well.... my first call to them i was talking to a chap who tbh i found quite rude after he quoted me £1195, he was really pushy towards doing a deal there and then but i said id phone around only to get the answer "you really think you can get it cheaper?"

Phoned my old man to vent off some steam as i dont like being told how to spend my money before i shop around.

I decided to try them again in the hope id get some better service, spoke to a lovely young lady who completely changed my opinion.

Managed to get £1261 FC with a few extra\'s inc breakdown and recovery. Protected NCB so on. 5000miles per year valued at 6500 with mods like for like.

Goes to show that its worth calling a company back even if they annoy you on the first call lol. Considering all the modifications made to the car i was quite suprised as i was paying £1100 on a standard\'ish RX7 so all in all im quite satisfied.
