Woh! just got slapped with £38 VAT bill for that £96 (inc shipping)Whiteline strutbrace I got shipped over.


How is that 17.5% of £96?

Theiving customs scum.

So bear that in mind if you order from Oz, almost 50% again in import duties.  :mad:

10% import tax on everthing (including shipping) and then vat on that price + handling charges and admin charges by the shipping company for filling out import paperwork and handling your customs charges.

So yes it is a rip off ... bet it was still cheaper than buying in the UK though !
