No don\'t fit them!!!

Sell them to me lol! I would love for a twr kitted car :p

on a serious note, I agree with the above...you really need the whole kit or nothing...looks a bit odd by itself tbh

Marcrs

Well, the decision has been made...Karissa doesn\'t like them anyway, so there\'s no way they\'ll go on the car :)

So...I\'ll be selling them...can I ask you guys what sort of price you think they\'re worth?

Here\'s a few pics, showing the condition of the bottoms...one has gone through in a couple of places...nothing too hard to sort out, but I can\'t be bothered to do it if I\'m not going to fit them...

I\'ll stick them on ebay I guess, although I don\'t really want to post them...

JBerg

Let me know how much you will be after...I\'m really interested :)

Very difficult to price I reckon... on ebay they will find their own level.
A few months back a pair of Elford side skirts, which are much, much rarer than TWR\'s, made about 11 quid on ebay...
it depends who wants some at the time I suppose.
If you could put them together with the front and rear bumpers... then you\'d get a decent price for the whole lot....

I\'m also very interested as well. I\'ve been looking for ages now for the skirts, I purchased a rear TWR spolier not so long ago and was going to fit it but thought I\'d wait to try and locate the rest of the kit which has proved a bit difficult.

I\'ve got some Elford skirts but don\'t think it would look quite right to mix and match them.

Nik da Greek

I think the skirts look ace, fit them . Oh, too late . I do agree they may look a bit odd without a front airdam to match.

I\'ve a mate with a TWR kitted XJS, the attention to detail on the kit is very impressive. It even has a perfectly-lined up and finished hole through the spoiler blade for the electric aerial to extend up through. Which is great and a good trick...until the first time you open the boot with the radio still on......

Not relevant, but it is funny, so I thought I\'d mention it :Giggle

I reckon Nik is tempted by the dark side, I\'ve got visions (bare with me-Star Wars reference about to be crowbarred in) of the possessed FD sinking into molten lava with the Darth Siddius(esque) FB looking on......

Or maybe I\'ve drunk too much jagermeister.

Paul,
I\'ve sent you an email...

Marcrs

Jberg, ossie747...

If you guys are interested in these, make me an offer...
You can pm me, or email me at marcrs@live.com

I\'m shocked that those others went for £11 on the bay...I paid a fair bit more than that for these, and I\'d like to get my money back! For that sort of money I\'ll keep them and look out for the matching parts...or maybe try and persuade Karissa ;)

It would be much easier if you could collect, as I\'m not sure they\'ll travel too well in a postie\'s van...I\'m near Eastbourne on the sussex coast, or can get them to Croydon area any weekday :)

Marcus

I\'ve e-mailed you in regards to the skirts.

Thanks

Paul  :)

Many thanks again Marc, just got to source a TWR front bumper now. Anyone know who\'s got one by chance, I know their becoming a bit of a rare find now.

No unfortunately not Cliff, however I have found a possible source in Dover who states he has various fb parts going so will have a good look around.
