single turbo parts needed let me kno wat u got. want to run a t04e turbo so need manifold, downpipe, gaskets, wastegate, and anything else that goes with this kit. cheers in advance guys

Hi,
What do you want to know exactly? Personally, I recommend a kit with a gt35r, you will also need a new injection system with fuel pump, rail and injectors, new ecu, boost controller, new catback system  Least 70mm of Diameter, new cooling kit radiator and intercooler, high recommend de-cat.

But tell me if you have any questions :)

Hi mate thanks for the advice, I wanna try and stick to a smaller turbo don\'t want too much lag I\'m running stock ports

StreetracerHCI

The port is not necessary, what is your power target?
Based on what we can better understand how changes are also using the turbo of your choice ;)

I\'m looking for around 350-400bhp but don\'t want heavy lag, and also don\'t have too much funds, so far I have a upgraded intercooler n apexi ecu and maybe an upgraded fuel regulator

StreetracerHCI

Mate,
If you use a larger turbo gt35r for example, if configured correctly you will not lag, but with a power of 350 hp, you need a new injection system, for me with stock twins a 0\'85 of boost i have a duty cycle injection 95% for 320 hp.
My injectors are very stressed and would go beyond that power is not recommended might not have high fuel loads in and ruin the engine, 350hp to you absolutely need new injectors, a fuel regolator is not enough to compensate, also needs a good program for ECU and certainly as I said before a boost controller. Sorry for my bad english ;)

You wont get any lag with a small hotside 35r and if you do want more power in the future the turbo will give you more.

Hi Jamie, for the smaller turbos you don\'t need to change injectors a adjustable fuel reg, set the fuel pressure to about 50 psi static fit a good pump either a 044 or a bnr32, change the fuel filter and you will have enough fuel to support 15 to 17 psi.I think I have a wastegate and manifold will check tomorrow

But an excessively high pressure injectors with stock, does not cause drops and evaporation is not good?

Jay, you forgot That is target power is 350 400bhp?
How is it possible not to change injectors for this target when a my working at 95% of duty cycle ?
For me It is not safe for the engine :)

Ok cheers jaydee if you have got those parts that would help alot, my number is 07716906293. Jus drop me a text or something cheers

JayDee

With higher fuel pressure you get better atomisation  of fuel, the higher pressure also allows the injectors flow more fuel for the same opening time, i dont know what you mean by "does not cause drops and evaporation is not good" It is totally safe for the engine, plus saves you buying bigger injectors, rail, fitting etc at that power level it is not needed.

Listen to the man.. he knows what he is talking about!

More than some tuners on here who are after a quick buck. A tuner that puts your interests before his pocket is almost non existent... above is one of the few

Also if you haven\'t done so replace the fuel filter. I could barely blow through my old one filter once it was take out.

I run 0.8 bar on standard injectors however run a 55psi base pressure, with an 044 bosch pump in tank.

I was able to produce 364 fwhp so thats around 300 ish whp,

At no point did my injects go above 80% injector duty and my map is extremely safe, If I can I will find a print of my AFR\'s but they are very rich

Jamie, I would suggest that If you are running on a low budget then for safety sake take the injectors out and have them cleaned and tested, its cheap and gives you the peace of mind that your injectors will be working well. It also brings the injectors up to as new flow rates, mine were out by 35cc

I am currently changing to a Turbonetics T62-1 single and will be upgrading my secondary injectors to 1680cc units due to the simplicity of the system.
To do this I will need a new secondary fuel rail to allow for top feed injectors and the actual injectors.
Both Rail and injectors will be circa £300 delivered.

Your other option which seems to be more used now is to install a set of secondary injectors 850cc into the primary rail. this will give you 300cc more fuel per injector. To do this you will need to get your primary rail milled to accept the injectors as they are slightly larger. DM motorsport on here should be able to do this for you.

hello mate where abouts are you.
We maybe able to help each other out.
I am doing a single turbo conversion and these engines are new to me but  i have built cosworth turbos and vauxhall redtops and two years ago built a c20let running just over 450 BHP.
I am over in harlow essex.
I also have the mazda rx7 workshop manual and a mazda compression machine .cheers larry:Thumbsup!
