As per title. The rear wiper keeps blowing the fuse on my FC. The car doesn\'t get used that much anymore. So could it be down to the wiper motor getting stiff through lack of use? If so what can I do about it?

Thanks
Ade
I don\'t need to upgrade my stock turbo to beat your ass!

Get your finger out, get it on the road and start driving it then!!! (B.Martin 25/2/12)

I\'ve never had a fuse on any car go due to a stiff/stuck motor, usually the motor just burns out and then nothing happens... It may be something simple like a bit of water has got in and is causing the cable to ground.

I would look on my FC, but I\'ve got a cab, so no rear wiper, so I can\'t even check where the wiring runs to, sorry.

Try and measure the amps with a multimeter if you can, you may find it\'s only just going beyond the limit indicating some kind of actual fault, or if it\'s a huge amount an earthing fault.
