ReAmemeiya sleeklights swap lights?

I got the ReAmemeiya (original) sleeklights, but none of the lamps have dipped beam, they are all fullbeams so one is supposed to aim one of them lower to make lowbeam.
But that is not satisfying for me. I want real lowbeams (NOT for RHD) as i live in sweden i need LHD beams, and i want better lightoutput.

So what options of ex HELLA or BOSCH do i have?
Anyone swapped beamers for hella and can lead me in the right dirction with
partnumbers and such?
