Just a few quick questions.

going to be running a 2.5 inch downpipe connected a free flowing 3 inch system and ive decided to port the waste gate.

anyhu, just wanted to know how big to go and what the stock size of the waste gate is. Also if the waste gate flap will need replacing for a bigger one.

by this time the car should be running a front mount too.
Oh, its a stock turbo

cheers

I did mine recently. I just went easy with it as I didn\'t want to take too much out. I could have taken quite alot more out TBH.

I don\'t need to upgrade my stock turbo to beat your ass!

Get your finger out, get it on the road and start driving it then!!! (B.Martin 25/2/12)

I can get the measurements of a stock one if you like. I have one in bits at work. But no, I didn\'t measure the one I ported. You kinda can see when you get into it how much you can open the holes out. Then its just a case of cutting the back of the hole out to suit. Just don\'t go too daft with it. Leave the holes a mm or 2 smaller then the wastegate flap.
