Hi- got my MOT next week and washers arent working.....I\'ve gone through all the fuses in the engine bay and under drivers side of dash..

i suppose an easy check is to remove the wires from the bottom of the pump ( bottom of bottle i assume )

get someone to try the washers whilst you stick a meter on the ends - if you get 12v then you know the wiring is ok and its probably the motor that is shot

also remove the pipe from the washer bottle and try it - if water comes out the end of the pump you know you have a blockage in the pipe somewhere

could be a simple case of the one way valve has broken

does the motor in the bottle whir when you try it ( 2 person job )

or does it work and its jump pumping water out somewhere and not onto the screen

I pulled the main pipe before the Y split off, so theres no check valves, and no water or noise, so looks like I\'ll have to try and find the pump
Thanks

pump is in pass wheel arch... take wheel off arch liner out and you will see it
