PFC Wire clipping. has anyone done this

Please see attached documents. I have removed all my solenoids gone single. and cut the plugs under the uim. I am going to cut wires now at the PFC to prevent a short in the engine bay. Please see the attached pic. The coloured ones on the pfc connector relate to the corresponding cicuits.
 
please tell me if i have got this wrong. I think i have interpretted the drawing correctly.:spank.
