My 1992 Mugello Blue RX-7....

Hi Guys/Girls...

Some of you may know, i picked up my 1992 RX-7 on Saturday. I previously owned a 2000 C/W Honda EK9 Civic Type R (below).

The drive back in the RX-7 was pretty fun, as on the way back, i decided to drive through Heathrow Tunnel :driving

Also own a PUG D Turbo, so am going to take the RX7 and store it in a lock up garage maybe on the weekend as pull it back on the road in a few months, ready for Japfest.

Insurance is too bad considering i\'m 21, but oh gosh she tends to drink loads when you use the loud pedal

but love every minute of driving her.

Took a few pictures this week, let me know what you think, all comments are welcome.

Gyles\' \'old\' car. I hope you treat it with some common sense and don\'t go ragging it.

It deserves a good home and a decent tune on the short term.

Look like a stock \'99 model spoiler and FEED (Fujita Engineering) or imitation FEED sideskirts to me, fella

....only just noticed the pics with the Beemer 840, what a classic chest wig chariot that is! I sooo nearly bought one of them when I smashed my first Rex up, there was one in a garage I drove the train past every day and every day I wanted to go and splurge the insurance cash on it. Then paint it matt black and put a flamer kit on it like the Fuel one

Yep thats right its the \'Feed Carbon Side Skirts\' and the \'Face lift 99 Spec Rear Spoiler \'

The 8 series is nice, very juicy (just like the REX)

Think im too young to buy one :p

Nothing to exciting but made a few changes...

- Replaced the Front Speakers, with Alpine Type R Speakers :rollin
- Cleaned Front and Rear Discs with some Disc cleaner, as i havnt been driving the REX for a while.

- Exhaust was looking pretty dirty,

- So used a little Autoglym Metal Polish, and brought back some shine to it

- Dont like the OEM Rear Badge

- Removed :Thumbs-up

- Painted Front Calipers in Hammerite Smooth Gold, as they looked abit faded..

- Got myself a 6000K H.I.D Kit, was running a 8000K H.I.D Kit (but is too much in your face lol)

Got a few mods lined up SOOOON, just trying to save up

Lovely car.
How does it compare to your EK9 ? I know the power is much greater

I have a mate who went the opposite way from an RX7 to an EK9 and he loves his.

Lovely set of mods on your FD though, nothing really needs doing.
