right chaps bit of a weird question, but could some one measure there rear suspension when it\'s on the car? basically from the bottom bolt upto the top mount, or rear coilovers when there over the car

thanks gaz

Jit

Are you after a range of results? The measurement will be different depending on what shock/spring combo you are running? Are you after a range of accetable values or a value for stock struts and springs?

As above - this totally depends on what ride height you are running. Are you building a huge DB?
If so, then I guess you need pretty much every permutation of every combo - for instance a set of springs on one shock, may sit the car at a different height if used on another (due to the location of the spring platforms on the shock).

And with height adjustable coilovers it\'s totally useless, as this is the value that changes with the ride height adjustment.

:osorry did\'nt really explain it properly, after a rough length of a set of coily\'s when there at about half way adjusted down,
i need to cut the rear turrets out next and want to use the rx7 instead of a set of starlet one\'s
