yahoo Belt Installation question?

I bought from Pinapple racing a Yahoo belt which is supposed to better than using the dual pulley method when removing the Air Pump.
 
It sits on the water pump and the shaft pulleys instead.
 
Question is has anyone got theres on without removing the water pump? dont really fancy removing it again making the seal worse etc.
