compression test etc

hi people, im a newbie to the world of the rotary engine, im looking at a white rx-7 r in the autotrader for 8,500, its at a dealers in gatwick, could someone please let me know of there opinion on the car and also anyone that would do a compression check on it as were not sure if the engine was rebuilt in japan or not (its doene 70,000 miles)
