Hey guys, only on the site a short while, bought an RX7 just under a week ago. It\'s a great car but the main thing putting me off it is how loud it is :(. It has a Greddy T78 single turbo with custom downpipe & then Blitz Nur Spec & good god is it deafening. I was told the car has been bridge ported but not too sure how true this is.

So the obvious question is what do I do to make it quieter? New exhaust? If so what one is quiet & still free-flowing? I don\'t want to spend too much preferably.

Thanks for any advice :Thumbsup!

Quiet + free-flowing isn\'t going to be cheap.  Definately not for a turo that size and if it\'s also bridge ported.

For lower power you can get some pretty good quiet exhausts but the rotary has to breath!

I\'ve got a WGT system for sale at the moment. Trackday legal so probably about as quiet as you\'re going to get while keeping a decent amount of flow.
Silenced mid-pipe and cat-back, less than 500 miles, £450.

does it sound like that?

You\'ve probably got a straight through mid-pipe....one with a silencer shouldnt be too much....£200 is from RotaryArt, for 3inch bore

Our exhaust is extremely quiet!

It is a stainless 3" system and fully repackable.
