After about 8 months of her being off the road ive finally pulled my finger out and got my rx7 back on the road!!

Reconditioned gearbox fitted
Full service
MOT
New tyres all round
Decat fitted
HKS Airmax filters fitted

Now i just need to sort the bodywork out, its not that bad, just a few niggly bits that annoy me! Now do i keep the stock front bumper or go for something aftermarket? Opinions please!!

Anyway, enough talk... pics:

Cheers,

Matt

karl_tate

looks very nice,

i would say get a 99spec front with a carbon lip and lower it a tad more on the rear

Looking very nice :Thumbs-up

Quick question where did you get your gearbox reconditioned?

RXSpeedy

Looks awesome. I prefer the pre 99 lighting and would keep it stock, that\'s what im planning on with mine anyways.

skybusr34

loose rear wing, re a rear street defuser, 99 spec front.... perfect
if i had 8 hour to cut down a tree. i`d spend 6 sharpening the axe

Josh said you were back on the road, nice one :Thumbs-up!

I think swap the bumper. Much as I like the stock front end, yours has started doing that weird thing where they start to go all melty and shrink from the heat. Maybe time to swap for something, errrm, not all melty. At least give the splitter a whisk over with some Back to Black :)

Stock as a rock for me i\'m afraid,

I love the look of the standard front but either clean or replace the bumper lamps with some clear ones and as nick said sort out your splitter and it will look perfect.

Standard fd\'s low on tasty wheels FTW

Thanks for your replies!

I like the look of the stock front end, can i keep the standard bumper and have a 99 spec splitter on it?
I can\'t lower the car anymore on the rear karl, due to the wheels being spacered out to give the car more of a stance as it\'ll catch when going over bumps!

where can i get some clear indicators from? i hate the look of the orange ones, and would like to get rid of the reflectors in the front bumper too!!

kash i got the gearbox reconditioned here: http://bexhillgearboxes.com/

shall upload some engine bay and maybe some interior pics later on today...

slingo

looks sweet as dude ! just needs a 99 spec front imo !

Ive been using bexhill for 6 years and there spot on :yes

What are these wheels they are quality! Suit the car really well and the offset looks sorted. Is this standard suspension?

dthebuk

Stock bodied with decent wheel fitment and a propper front mount = win

nice car dude, you must be chuffed as hell
