Attention Needed Areas

[MiniMike16V]

I\'ve been looking over my FC and have found the following areas that need a bit of attention. Only very slight rusting issues which are easily fixed, but the rear window seal one has me at a loss.
 
The rust on the rear arch and Sill is mirrored on the other side! It\'s only the drivers side A-Pillar that has the rust patch.



 
Any ideas how to fix the window seal?
