Oil confusion

I\'m going to admit, that after a fair bit of reading up on the subject, im still confused about what oil to use in my FC Rex. Some people say synthetics while others say mineral! What shall I use?!
 
The guy I bought mine from has been using Castrol GTX 10W 40. I\'m planning to take it to RE Worx in Portsmouth for a service at the end of the month so assume they\'ll have an idea what I should be using, but before I do, does anyone running an NA FC have any preferance?

Have been using that for years in both the FB and FD without a headache. Its the right oil as long as its the GTX mineral !
