Single Turbo Oil lines

Hi,

Just wondering where the single turbo owners purchased there Oil Feed / Return lines ?

I\'am looking at using a -4 for the feed -10 for the drain would prefer already made machined hoses or is it simpler to make them up.

Also what lengths of hose would be a big help.
