headlights gone mental

hi all
got a little problem with my FD my headlights have gone a bit mental its when i put them on full only the passenger side one comes up and when i turn them off the left one will go down and the right will pop up and then go down same when i flash but when i push the switch on the dashboard the lights stay up.
 
is their a way i can reset them or something

Same thing happened to mine a while back as a temp solution I manually wound them open and left them like that till I bought a new set.
