Greddy Profec B spec 2 gain setting?

I\'ve just installed one of the above on my FD3.  

It\'s running the stock twins (sequential), with uprated cooling, and a 3 inch decat exhaust, and has been mapped on an apexi for 0.9 bar, though it\'s running 0.7 bar everyday.

After setting up the boost controller I have used a gain of 20.  I\'ve noticed that the first turbo boosts to 0.6, and the second 0.75.  Would turning the boost % on the controller up and lowering the gain see me with 0.7 bar on both turbos?
