Hiya,

Just been looking at ECU\'s as I\'ve still got the standard ECU for an FD, but want to decat, etc and have been told that I need to upgrade in order to get a remap, etc. I was trying to see what the cheapest but still reliable way of doing this, I know alot of people run the Apexi FC..............but what about Pggyback ECU\'s, such as the GReddy E-manage, etc????

Just wondered what peoples view on this are? :)

Thanks
Hucky

Not sure if anyone in the UK has done an FD - but I run the Emanage ultimate on an FC.  Was a pain to get it wired in and setup, as there wasn\'t anyone else to go to - but now I\'ve done it once it wouldn\'t be difficult to do again.

The FD is a listed car in the menus on the Emanage - so it\'s not too hard to set it up for basic mods.

I would recomend perhaps getting a Power FC as there is a lot of help out there about them and lots of harnesses, us FC guys go with the E-manage ultimate due to the lack of harness\' for the FC
