Paint Code?

Im getting around to having a bumper resprayed and am wondering how I can ensure that the paint shop gets it right. My car is montego blue. How do I go about getting the correct colour code? also I think I once heard that the UK montego blue colour was slightly different to the JDM colour, is this right?

So in short my question is, how do I ensure the colour is a good match to the rest of the car?

Check the plate on the bulkhead by the brake servo. Paint code is on there. Any paint shop worth anything would know this, so fear not!!!
