wrong wireing

could there be any chance that the wires that go onto the 2 solenoid valves bolted onto the upper inlet manifold are the wrong way around as maybe that is what my boost issues are?
 
i have 1 with white mark on it can anyone tell me is this for the left or right one as you are looking at them thanks in advance.

The one with the White mark goes to the right solenoid matey
