hot light

hi just fitted a new water pump and some how i got the red dash board light on with the "heat" light up with what looks like a cat converter
have i dislodged a connection when running the car it never got hotter that 69 degrees have a dislodged a sensor somewhere canh some give us a clue

Do you have a Apexi ECU or standard. It makes a difference as both ECU\'s use this light for different things.

as philli says...if you have an Apexi, the heat light flashes as a warning for various things like knock, etc. If it comes on and stays on i reckon you\'ve just dislodged the sensor.

Most likely faulty sensor, my black FD had this on all the time, no issues just a bad connection.

thanks but a pratt that i am found the sensor not connected on the throttle assembly near the air sensor found it last night put it back and it now gone off
DOH !!!!
