I\'m Russell Parker, 27 from Copthorne near Crawley.  I live with my girlfriend Tanya and work in the City.

I drive a black 92 FD (my second) - built by Rotechniks to see what they could achieve on the strip on standard turbos (99 spec ones anyway).  I picked it up for a bargain at the beginning of the year - it came with £25k of receipts from the last year, suspension, heavy bracing/stiffening all over, brakes, new ported engine, turbos, short diff, short throw gear box, v-mount intercooler and rad, uprated ignition, big injectors and fuel pump, organic clutch, and line locks on the front brakes just for fun. 300 rwhp, 375 at the engine (theoretically).  1 bar boost from 2000 revs.

I am completely addicted to RX7s and derive a slightly sick pleasure from picking races with expensive sports cars that cost so much more.  I guess I\'m not alone.

I\'m looking forward to meeting other rex owners, I know JamieS on here, who bought my last FD a few months ago.

So, hey everyone.

Welcome to the club and all that, dude. Lovely looking car, engine bay in particular looks very neat and tidy :yes. Copthorne\'s very nice, despite being near Crawley :Giggle. Good roads up there for a hoon, I like the run down through Balcombe and that towards the south, you can get good air over some of the jumps, er I mean crests down there!

One hell of an engine bay there. I need to get to work on tidying mine up.

Nice one boys.  Who\'s near me tuners/specialists wise?  I\'ve only ever been through Rotechniks - sadly no longer.

Timmy

Hey, I live just outside crawley.
Closest is Jason Super7autos 01903 810139. Just outside of upper beading. Highly recommended.

BlitzBoy

Welcome I live up the road in Sutton. In terms of specialists/Tuners Reworx is down the A3 in Portsmouth which I use as they have a Rolling Road as well.

+1 for Jason at Super 7. Top work and great guys. As Blitz says, no rolling road there, though.

Thanks Rotary Freak, glad you like it.  (Go Hitler!)  I had to buy it when I saw it.  All that money spent and I managed to get it for next to nothing.  Don\'t reckon I\'ll ever sell it...

Brett

Nice looking beastie you have there!
