What induction kit can people recommend, I have twin turbo, gen 3 model.
I have HKS foam filters and they need changing that will cost me about £40.00  so I thought that I might change them for something else.

Thanks,

Hugo

Just over £100 from Nengun :)

Just wash and dry your old ones and will be as good as new:)

The elements in HKS ones are designed to be replaced, not washed :)
It weakens their already lacklustre filtering performance.

Just about every major japanese tuner\'s track car in the rx7 hyper rev manual uses hks mushroom filters but you must replace them regular.

I think it more depends on condition and position than anything else.

to be honest, i\'m not so sure about open filters. personally, i\'m not going to be running a huge IC so i\'m going to keep the normal airbox and just open it up with some alloy piping...

unless you\'re on massive power i don\'t see that the extra air flow on open filters drastically outweighs the increased charge temperature.

I ran the GReddy kit on mine when it was twin turbo and seemed fine :Thumbsup!

The open filters let in all the hot air radiating from the rad. Makes it really hard to keep intake temps down.
