Collection Of Your Rotorstock Tickets - Pls All Read

Please ensure that you all this with regard to collect of your RS5 tickets- I shall say this only once - you have been warned:) The answers to most of your questions should be stated below.

You will need to collect your tickets from the Advanced Ticket Booth, which is situated on your right hand side as you enter Santa Pod, these will available to collect from 8.00am on both days.

Please do not go to the ticket office or the pay booths to collect your tickets

Once you have collected your tickets and stand pass you will have to go through the pay booths and show them your tickets.

I will have a list with me of anyone that has paid so there should not be any problems with the tickets.  I will leave my mobile number with the advance booking office in the event of any queries.

There will also be still plenty of stand passes available from the advanced ticket office should any one just decide to turn up on the day, which means that you will still be able on park on the club stand rather than in the general car parking area.

The Rotary stand, which will include MRC, FDUK and RX-8 OC members should be the first stand you come to as you drive round, and should be in the same position as last year - however, Clive & myself will be there before anyone! and you will see the yellow hooded gazebo\'s and yellow club banner flag.

Please ensure that dispose safety the paper confirmation that comes with your tickets as this will have your address details on.

This looks to be our best Rotorstock to date and we should all celebrate that through hard work we have managed to still keep this event running after 5 years!

Just to confirm Lisa that if you have booked more than one ticket but you don\'t turn up at the same time that isn\'t an issue? I\'ll try and get there first thing but Mr C won\'t be along until later.

But I will not have the time to sort that out - that will need to be sorted out between yourslves, ie Neil will have to call you and you you need to go to the pay booth to meet him.

Sorry forgot to mention!

All the tickets will be filed in alphabetcial order with your full names on, therefore do not just say "Mark" for exanple, please state your full names otherwise you could end up with the wrong tickets.

Please check that you are collecting the correct tickets when they are handed to you.

Please remember that all your envelopes will contains your tickets and stand passes, and for those of you who attended last year, we have the same club stand, which is for MRC. FDUK and RX-8OC.  

Should anyone turn up and buy tickets on the day, if you also go to the Advanced Ticket Booth there are spare stand passes available.
