Running in a rebuilt engine with Single Turbo, FC, Injectors etc.

My rebuilt 13B is going back into my car sometime next week and i was wondering what todo once i get it running. I know the engine will need running for 1000 miles or so before it can go on the rollers but is it ok to drive around with a GT40R new fuel system etc on a Power FC base map?

Bit confused as to what todo, as it seems a risk to do miles on a car with a such a big spec but surely i cant take it straight away to get mapped?

a turbo that size prob wont start spooling till about 3400rpm, the base apexi map runs really quite rich so as long as you stay below 3k you should be fine bud..
