wastegate

hello to you all my first post in this section as i had a turbo II before now i have a R2 efini, i want to fit a wastegate to my rx so it gets that sound i miss from my dump valve but i want it to sound like the spyker they tested on top gear! if u happened to see the episode any ideas of what to go for? if you didnt im sure it is on youtube if u can help it wud be muchly appreciated!

you sure you mean a wastegate??? The stock turbos have internal wastegates, if you want the whooosh sound you want a BOV, Wastegate venting to atmosphere will give you an unsilenced exhaust scream at full boost
