Quick FPR question

I\'m just putting the rats nest back together on a 1992 uk spec all is going well apart from the fuel pressure regulator there are 2 pressure nipples on it now i know where one goes (the pressure control solenoid) but where does the other go. my first thought is that it vents to atmos can any one confirm this?

Yes one has the vacuum feed and the other can be left open to atmosphere
