Cobra bucket seats

Hi,

I have just got some Cobra buckets. I have just taken them to a car trimmers to see about getting the recovered. He told me that because off the harness hole plastic inserts(apparently they cannot be taken apart) That they could not be done because there is no way of stopping the fabric pulling out from around the holes.

Question 1. Can i buy new plastics?
Question 2. Dose anyone know of a way to do it without removing the plastics

the plastics come apart bud, there 2 piece and clip into each other.

I thought they might come apart but he reconed they are bonded together. I will have to try and take one off. Thanks mate,

I\'d contact Cobra and see if htey do replacements dude - I knwo Bride do.
If so, then if you can\'t get them apart with some persuasion, employ a more destructive method, and tell the trimmer you\'ll sort out replacments.
Alternatively, couldn\'t you remove them and get him to trim round them, as you would if, for example, you were trimming the stock seets around the headrest?
