Brake Pads - What\'s Best ?

Need to change the rear brake pads.
 
Thinking of using EBC but not sure whether to opt for green or red.
 
Anyone had any experience of these pads ?
 
I intend mainly road use with the odd track day and drag strip run.
 
Any advice would be welcome.

Whatever you buy though please dont buy EBC unless it\'s just to hold the garage door open,
