Re-Amemiya throttle body question

My friend has found one of these on that cresent website and he wonders if anyone knows if the are any good?

I think he could do beter just porting his standard one?

If it\'s like the feed one it\'s been ported out by 3mm or so. Not sure if they replace the throttle plates or not. Yes cheaper to port your own.
