o2 feedback

I have been trying to sort out my idle issues for a while and after doing all i can to resolve them It has been suggested that I can turn of the o2 feedback on my power fc which might help a little.
 
Is this ok and can someone please tell me if it is what screen do in need to page to on the power fc.
 
Would I need to make any further adjustments.
