Does the fuel pressure drop over time, or should it stay constant?  When the ignition is "on" but not running I am getting 38psi, but when its turned off it will drop down to about 30psi.

Is this normal?

Thanks for your advice.

it will drop without power to the pump as the fuel leaks back into the tank.

you should measure the pressure with the engine running so the pump has max volts to it.
400 BHP - 650 KG\'s = 616 BHP Per Ton of Rotary Power

That\'s the way to do it! :Thumbsup!
