Where and what is the EL Unit on a Jap model?

Im trying to trace the B/W cable from the X-07 connector down by the ECU and it looks like it goes through the plastic channels along the door and then behind the rear seats.  The wiring diagram (US) says it goes to the EL Unit which should be next to the ECU, possibly a different location on the RHD Models.

I thought it might be going around the car to the drivers side, but the B/W cable doesnt seem to be in the channel on the drivers side door.

Any clues?
