wing mirrors

Right one of the Bolts has either not been put back or just loosened and fallen out so at the moment the Passenger wing mirror is only held in by one bolt !!

But the problem is i cant get to it as the top part of the mirror wont spin around to let me get to it

any ideas how to get this off ??

THEY ARE REALLY TUFF SOMETIMES to pivot round mate i know mine were pigs ! they do spin both ways tho if im not mistaken ?

Yep, spin both ways and really tough!

Except my passenger one which is quite loose
