need some help...

am having a lil problem with my FC.
just when i turn\'d into my estate i notice the water temp started to rise,
i pop\'d the bonet up as soon as i park\'d and notice the fan wasnt working, usally it would automatically turn on itself + i also have a switch inside to turn on the fan manually but that didnt turn on the fan either:3Confused
can anyone help me?
am thinking both the temp sensor broke as well as the switch:Grrr

I\'m assuming from this that your FC has been converted to an electric fan!

 Firstly check all the connections etc, to and from the relay, to and from the sensor and then from the relay to the battery.  If all of those look ok then disconnect the fan, and reconnect it to a seperate 12V supply - if it runs then you know the problem is either at the relay or the sensor.

put 12v direct to the fan and check it still works.  be very careful, if the stock gauge is reading hot (above half way), the car is already overheating.
