BOV trouble

Hi, im having trouble fitting my bov. I have the HKS SSQV, and cant figure out where to fit it. My friend said i will need two bov\'s as i need one for each turbo is this true? If not, which turbo should the bov be attached to, and any idea where the best place is to fit it?
