Hello, wondered how long it would take u to make the move over here from the OC:) Cant bring myself to view the pics of ya car again. There is only so much envy a guy can handle...

haha.....thanks mate. It is good being on here, I once had a FD Spirit R as well, had it for 6 months 4 years ago, took it on as a project, totally modified it, then sold it. Always wanted a rotary back, but being in London is proving a little too difficult to keep the 7 as a day to day car. Then came the 8 a few years back, after a few years of research looking into modifying to be the perfect car I want, here it is, my idea of a perfect car. Not too expensive, very stylish, handle brilliantly, turns more head than a Farrari and pretty quick too. :InLove :InLove :InLove

So What Have You Done (in terms of Performance) to it?

Well, quite a lot of work have been up into the engine to make sure everything runs well with the turbo in it.
To make it quite simple and short, here is the list (Engine mods only):
RE-Amemiya large radiator
FEED oil cooler
Greddy oil pan
Greddy light alloy pulley set
Agency power crank pulley
Agency power silicone hose
Greddy turbo kit inc. inlet manifold, open air induction kit and necessary uprated pipings
HKS F-Con IS
HKS Twin Power DLII
AutoExe earthing kit
Denso iridium spark plugs
Mazda Sport sports oil filter
FEED racing plug cords
 
All these pumping out 248.5bhp at rear wheels with another mapping section soon to up the power a little after the turbo has settle down.
 
There are suspensions and brake mods, interior mods, exterior mods and ICE as well of course. Oh, and the wheels are not standard neither.:rollin

I haven\'t a clue about all the engine stuff but I love the look of it - especially the doors. It\'s nice when people personalise their car - we don\'t all want to be the same do we?

Are those Project Mu callipers and discs I spot?  Cant see the name, but the colour suggests it.

Bloomin heck!  

Ive got Project Mu front discs and pads and they are spot on, but pricy!  Can I ask how much roughly the callipers cost you?

The whole kit (6 pot calipers, disc, pads, lines, etc) is about £2600 including postage and all the necessary tax. Yes they are pricey, but they are unique and one of the best if not the best performace wise.
