Well order some discs and full bush kit for my rx today, going to get it back on the road this year and after a bit of insperation from the fc in rx7club going to build an engine to go into her for the winter, will keep you posted.
Oh and if anybody knows of a 13b engine for sale gives a chout at colinpimp@yahoo.co.uk :WaveBye

fc or fd, had offer of an fc with no damage for £200 which seems ok

Got a spare engine coming so had the car running today took some photos before restoration begins

Well underneath is better than i thought as the car has ben off the road for over a year so willl give it a good clean and underseal the whole shabang!
The exhaust i made myself using marine grade stainless and tig welded

Exhaust flanges were a bit gash as made with a grinder will be replacing with better shaped ones with a plasma cutter does the job though. Will update and take plenty of pics as i go :Tongue1

Full bush kit arrived today going to strip suspension, then get wheels and callipers powder coated

The IC thats says TurboII is a UK one, the IC that says Rotary with intercooler is JDM

Thought so any differences in engines at all i wouldn\'t think it going to compression test it and add goodies while i run the car thrn over winter the big renovation will happen, as for the bush kit it came from ebay $250 including shipping:D

Nothing to exciting yet, removed wheels for powder coating and callipers,wheels going white callipers going green, will take pictures as i do the bush kit.After this i will be mot\'ing the car and concentrating on building up the other engine ive removed the turbo manifold so will  be fabing up the manifold for the GT42:mmmm. I can get a gp sports bodykit bought and delivered for £450 of austrlian flebay which i thought was quite decent.

As you can see alot of cleaning up to be done and i will be painting up the wishbones etc and giving the car a good coat of waxoyl, is kinda sickining as when i got the car it was mint underneath, but still most of it is surface rust, oh yeah can you guess which tyre was on the rear;)

Very brave having the  bricks under the car ( H&S)!!:eek  
My advice, get a proper  4 axle stands before working on your Rx.
