i did a few interior mods the other day thought i would post up pics. post some pics of your own interior if you like? I wouldnt mind a bit of inspiration on what to do next.

i fitted my r magic holder - used screws to permanently fix it and got some screw head plugs left over from an old flat pack bookshelf - sprayed them black and it doesnt look too bad.

also fitted my re amemiya boost guage (thanks jetpilot!) I made a bracket which sits the gauge nicely and negates the need for that steering cowl.

also fitted a mountney D shaped wheel so i can give my lanky legs a bit more room.

and fitted a simoni colour coded gear nob which i got brand new for a fiver - can you believe how much the stock nob weighs!

yeah i know i got pipped to the post on one a while back and been gutted ever since.

but the actual gauge doesnt look to bad and has a couple of bolts at the back you can use to tie it down with some L shaped brackets. jobs a good un.

The reason the standard knob is so heavy is cos it acts as a counter weight to supress any noise from the gear stick vibrating like a tunning fork.
Well thats what they told me at rotechnics anyway?

heres a pic of mine but the steering wheel is differant now , gonna try making a gauge holder for the steering colum as soon as i can find a top cowling ???

you only say that cos it would look crap if you colour coded your interior white.
i use a cd wallet to keep my cds in - you can buy them for a tenner and they will hold more cds than the sunvisor thing
