Hi ya guys

Right I have a couple of questions based on the trouble I am having fitting my front mount as I the one I bought didn\'t come with the power steering pipes that are needed so you can move the existing ones.

So here are the questions, are the pipes there to cool the powersteering fluid? if so are they neccisary or could I just run braided hose instead, if not how about braided hose and a small cooler?

Any help advice woudl be awesome as I am well confused.

Hi mate
Mine just bent with a bit of force and it sits between the fmic and ac rad.
And yes cooling is needed I beleive for the lines as over heating will cause you power steering pump to fail.

I looked into a cooler which is much neater  and smaller just not got round to doing it, a fellow X member did it and found a small rad on ebay which he used instead of the s type tube, but I think hes been banned from MRC, go onto FDUK I know he posts, he maybe able to point you in the right direction for the little rad he used.

Found this may be of help.
