Quick Spak Plug question

Hi i have a FD3S

wondering what would be the best plugs to use for it

I havnt had a chance to get a proper compression test done (next few weeks hopefully), but i have a feeling its quite low.

the cars idle is real bad to the point where it cuts out compleatly somtimes and thers loads of white smoke on start up.

was considering 7s and 9s ?

any help would be great

Thats probably best bet until you know whats wrong and spec of car.
