Should be ok - but may be best to wait for a second opinion.

5400RPM is a good guy tho - I got a couple of bits from him in the past including my boost controller which was way cheaper than the usual UK vendors

the 40 off set should be ok, the 30 on the front may be a little tight on the arches if they are not rolled.  As above though, see if somebody can give a definate answer.

I had 17x8.5 on the front of my last RX7 with a 31 offset and it was lowered.  It didnt catch at all.  

18x8.5 should be OK as long as your not lowered too much otherwise you might need the arches rolling a little like antnicuk said.
